Why I Am Running
Quality of life in America has dipped to an all-time low for most, and we are all feeling the hurt.
Members of our community are scared. It’s hard to make ends meet. The rights and freedoms many enjoyed two years ago are either gone or under attack, and a voice of assurance that everything will be alright is absent. Hope is being defeated by destructive division — dividing us by party, ethnicity, gender, beliefs, anything that will keep us from uniting as one human race.
We deserve better. We deserve more. And so do our families, our friends, and our neighbors.
These new challenges we are facing require new leadership.
My service as an Army officer taught me how to successfully conquer challenging and complex problems. Together we will make our community exactly what we want it to be.
My faith in God and belief in the Bible has taught me to love God and love my neighbor — all my neighbors, no matter who they are, what they look like, what they believe, or how they vote.
This is what it takes to get our quality of life back and better.
It’s time for us to unite as one community, so that we can secure a future where we can live, work, play, and worship in peace and harmony.
