It Takes a Village
This is your chance to get involved, and take both ownership and a leadership role in the prosperity of your community — the Potomac District of Prince William County. What follows are initial thoughts on how you could do so.
a Week
Talk to your neighbors
Talk to the people on your street, at your HOA, in your congregation. That is the conversation that actually moves a vote.
Evening
Host a listening session
Invite your friends and neighbors over to talk to Kim. She will listen, answer questions, take notes, and — with your permission — post what she heard on the Desk.
Name
Be a precinct lead
Sixteen precincts, sixteen neighbors who know their own ground. We are actively seeking passionate volunteers who would like to help lead our community to the future. Please contact us if this would be of interest to you.
This is your community, your home, our village. We are asking for your input and involvement in shaping the future of that village.
